European debut of the Lawo HOME-native .edge
In its European debut, Lawo introduced the .edge Hyper-Density SDI/IP Conversion and Routing Platform. It is designed as an easy drop-in SDI router replacement and as hyper-density conversion unit for IP and hybrid infrastructures and provides full support for the SMPTE ST2110 suite of standards as well as ST2022-7 redundancy.
Sony: the FX30 4K S35 Cinema Camera
Sony has announced its newest addition to the Cinema Line – the FX30. The new 4K Super 35 compact cinema camera features a new back-illuminated 20.1 megapixels APS-C Exmor R CMOS sensor with a dual base ISO to deliver high sensitivity, low noise, and 14+ stops of latitude. It also supports a variety of video recording codecs.
Clear-Com: the new V-Series IrisX IP Panel
The new Clear-Com V-Series IrisX Panel will make its U.S. Debut at the AES convention in New York this October. It expands the capabilities of the original V-Series Iris Panel, delivering new thin-film-transistor displays for increased brightness and better resolution combined with lower latency and increased port capacity.
