At IBC 2024, Absen, a global leader in LED display technology, will present its diverse range of solutions tailored for the broadcast industry and related sectors.

The event, scheduled from September 13-16 at the RAI Amsterdam, will feature Absen’s latest LED innovations across four zones: Creative Stage, Conference Room, Studio Solution, and Hands-on Area.

Creative Stage

The Creative Stage will highlight Absen’s stage solutions, featuring the Saturn (SA) Series 2.6. This lightweight LED display is designed for indoor use and can be configured for flat, curved, or ceiling installations. It offers a dot pitch of 2.6mm, brightness up to 1500nits, a 1/12 scan ratio, and a refresh rate of 7680Hz, ensuring high-quality image display.

Additionally, the Pixel Reality (PR) Series 3.9 will showcase its capabilities for virtual production. With pixel pitches ranging from 1.5 to 5.2mm and flexible curving options, it serves as a versatile platform for various virtual production scenarios. The Mars (MR) Series 2.5 will demonstrate its integrated cabinet and high-strength frame design, optimized for XR stages and virtual studios with a strong load capacity and non-reflective surface.

Conference Room

Absen will also present the Absenicon X108 all-in-one display in the Conference Room zone. This modular LED product, designed for flexible installation, integrates multiple image optimization technologies. It features wireless screen mirroring and an infrared touch system, making it suitable for collaborative presentations. Absen will partner with Yealink to enhance conferencing solutions, showcasing Yealink’s AI-powered dual-eye camera system, the MVC S40, with voice enhancement technology.

Studio Solution

In the Studio Solution zone, Absen will demonstrate the Absenicon X151, emphasizing its adaptability beyond conference applications. With features like full-screen calibration, 90% BT2020 color gamut, and a 15000:1 contrast ratio, this LED display is suited for studio environments. The Absen Flex (FL) Series 2.5 will also be on display, highlighting its ability to form large-angle concave, convex, cylindrical, or 90° arc shapes, making it a versatile option for various studio applications.

Hands-on Area

The Hands-on Area will allow visitors to interact with a range of Absen’s LED products. The Saturn Series 1.9 and 2.6 will showcase additional staging solutions, while the Polaris (PL) Series 3.9 PRO, JP8 PRO, and JP5 PRO from the Jupiter Pro (JP Pro) Series will demonstrate LED designs for touring. These products are part of AbsenLive, the company’s brand dedicated to rental and staging, virtual production, and XR stages. The Absen Neptune (NT) Series 1.9 will also be featured, providing a cost-effective LED solution for large indoor or outdoor screens. Visitors can also explore the FL2.5 for additional hands-on experience.
