Accedo and Magine Pro have signed a binding agreement to merge their SaaS businesses, Accedo One and Magine Pro, into a new jointly owned company.
The combined entity will focus on SaaS solutions for OTT streaming.
Combined Capabilities
The merger brings together the Accedo One team and platform with those of Magine Pro, forming a global provider of OTT SaaS services. The company will operate independently from the Accedo Group while using its global network and resources.
Leadership Structure
Markus Hejdenberg, CEO of Accedo One, will lead the new entity as CEO. Matthew Wilkinson, CEO of Magine Pro, will become Chief Commercial Officer. Kamal Bherwani will serve as Chairman of the Board.

Implementation Timeline
