The collaboration focuses on creating a software framework optimized for XR hubs, leveraging the Snapdragon Spaces™ XR Developer Platform. Qualcomm Technologies introduces an XR Hub, based on Snapdragon®, to serve as a reference model for XR distributed computing. This model supports the functionalities of Accedo’s software, promising to transform living rooms into futuristic media hubs. The technology enables simultaneous AR glasses usage within the same space, utilizing Qualcomm’s advanced split-rendering technology.
Enhancing Pay TV Operations with Xtend Solution
Accedo’s Xtend solution will be integrated into the reference platform, offering Pay TV, sports, and entertainment entities the tools to develop dynamic, scalable XR streaming applications.
