Channel One TV, formerly known as Citi TV, in Tesano, Ghana, has completed the integration of a new intercom system.

This upgrade is part of their commitment to delivering high-quality programming with a fresh perspective.

System Integration in Key Areas

The intercom system has been installed in the main control room, production room, and two additional studios. The setup includes TP8116 user panels, 1UR user panels with 16 programmable keys across four different pages, and TP8416 panels with similar configurations. Each panel offers individual volume control for each communication point, an ECO canceller, and integrated DSP. Connectivity options include dual AoIP Dante/AES67 ports, one VoIP port, one digital port, and one analogue port. Information is displayed graphically, with the ability to show up to two lines of text per key and a third line indicating the audio level.

Mobile Solutions for Technical Staff

For technical staff who are frequently on the move, the XPLORER wireless beltpack has been integrated. This device boasts a long battery life of up to 20 hours, enabling continuous use during recordings and live performances without the need for recharging.
