Grass Valley has announced the appointment of Alex Keighley as the new Senior Vice President of Sales for North America.
In his new role, Keighley will focus on driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships within the region.
Experience in Media and Technology
Keighley brings extensive experience from both the media and technology sectors to Grass Valley. His career includes leading sales teams at major media organizations such as Reuters and the Associated Press. He has also held leadership positions at Bitcentral, Avid, Telestream, and most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Backlight.
Vision for the Future
Keighley has outlined his goals for the new role, emphasizing the importance of supporting his team to achieve the company’s objectives. He aims to position Grass Valley as a reliable partner for media companies facing industry changes. His approach will involve ensuring that the sales team is well-equipped to meet customer needs and drive success for the company.

Keighley previously led Grass Valley’s US West Sales team for five years. His return to the company comes at a time when the industry is undergoing significant changes.
