Emerald DESKVUE IP KVM Receiver and Emerald GE Gateway
The showcase at the event will include the debut of an advanced Emerald DESKVUE IP KVM receiver, equipped with the Emerald AV WALL feature set. This device enables users to access and organize up to 16 sources across four 4K displays (including one 5K screen), optimizing task efficiency.
Additionally, Black Box will introduce the Emerald GE Gateway, a new product that integrates seamlessly with the Emerald IP KVM network. This gateway enhances connectivity options for all Emerald users, facilitating both virtual machine sharing and physical machine access without the need for extra PCoIP clients. Through the Black Box Boxilla KVM management system, IT administrators can effortlessly oversee and manage the Emerald GE Gateway via a centralized interface.

The Boxilla KVM management system is designed to offer enterprise-level oversight of unlimited Emerald devices and software solutions. Its user-friendly dashboard allows for easy monitoring of system performance, security alert configurations, device status checks, and analysis of bandwidth usage among devices, connections, and users. Boxilla also provides detailed network bandwidth insights, including dropped frames and round-trip times, enabling administrators to proactively address and rectify issues to maintain optimal performance and user experience.
