Blue Lucy has announced the launch of BOLT, an innovative asset portal, at IBC 2024, held in Amsterdam from September 13-16.

BOLT is designed to provide seamless access to content, enabling media executives to receive, review, and share content efficiently. The Blue Lucy team will also showcase BLAM, their well-established tool for asset management, workflow orchestration, and integration, along with a powerful new AI assistant.

Core Functions of BOLT

Receive: BOLT features an intelligent upload function that ensures content is received with the necessary metadata. This function eliminates the wait time for content arrival and subsequent metadata addition. Instead, content requests come with set parameters and metadata requirements, making the content immediately searchable and capable of triggering workflows upon arrival.

Review: BOLT offers a user-friendly interface that allows sales teams to search and view content from any web browser. This simple operation eliminates the need for advanced technical skills or additional access requests.

Share: BOLT enables content owners to showcase and monetize their content catalogue easily. Sharing content with potential customers becomes as simple as adding items to a shopping cart, with secure links to viewing copies automatically generated and delivered to prospects.

Integration with BLAM and Introduction of AI Assistant Lucia

BOLT will be demonstrated both as a standalone product and in conjunction with BLAM at the Blue Lucy stand. The team will highlight BLAM’s extensive integration capabilities, including nearly 500 existing connectors and the ability to add new integrations quickly due to the platform’s microservice architecture. Demonstrations will include BLAM’s integration with products such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Amazon S3, Monday.com, and Rascular.

Visitors will also meet Lucia, BLAM’s new AI assistant, designed to streamline media management and workflow orchestration. Lucia simplifies multi-step, bulk actions by allowing users to set up complex workflows through plain English instructions, such as generating placeholders, removing bars and tone, and creating folders for incoming content batches.
