Willoughby brings a proven track record of customer-focused selling and sales management experience to the role, where he’ll lead sales, marketing, and sales support functions.

Most recently President, SummitMedia Richmond, Willoughby has 35+ years of broadcast sales and leadership experience, including nearly two decades with Cox Media Group. A former president of the Virginia Association of Broadcasters, Willoughby created their “Best of the Best” Broadcast Leadership program, to which he contributes his time each year. Willoughby is also an accomplished career coach and author who’s presented workshops based on his book, The Six Lessons for Success, nationwide.
