Brainstorm will present its latest developments in Virtual Production, Real-Time 3D Graphics, Newsroom Workflows, and Immersive Presentations at NAB New York 2024.
The company will partner with ATX Event Systems and collaborate with Ikan, ProCyc, and Zeiss to showcase Suite 6.1, featuring new updates for InfinitySet, Aston, and eStudio. These tools aim to enhance broadcast workflows, virtual production, and XR/AR experiences.
Suite 6.1 Enhancements
Unreal Engine 5.4 Integration
Suite 6.1 offers tight integration with Unreal Engine 5.4, allowing InfinitySet to control UE5 directly through its interface. Users can manage and edit UE blueprints, objects, and properties, while blending Unreal Engine’s rendering with Brainstorm’s eStudio render engine. The updated Unreal Compositor simplifies the process of incorporating real video feeds into Unreal scenes.
Virtual Production on a Single Workstation
Powered by the NVIDIA RTX™ 6000 Ada Generation GPU, Suite 6 enables high-performance virtual production from one workstation. This setup helps reduce hardware requirements, power consumption, and overall costs.
Dual-GPU Support for InfinitySet
InfinitySet now supports Dual-GPU systems, splitting rendering tasks between two GPUs to improve performance in XR environments. Tools like XR Config and CalibMate offer accurate calibration and a faster setup process.
Aston Motion Graphics Updates
Aston provides enhanced motion graphics features for broadcasters, including the new Graphic Instances tool. This allows teams to modify templates without compromising design integrity. Aston’s StormLogic adds advanced transitions and interactive graphics, while new tools enable touchscreen interactivity.
