The company is collaborating with FOR-A, ABCS, Canon, and SHENOY Studio Lighting Systems to present Suite 6.1, featuring updates to key products such as InfinitySet, Aston, and eStudio. These updates are designed to optimize broadcast workflows, virtual production, and XR/AR experiences, with a focus on delivering efficient and high-quality virtual content.
Unreal Engine Integration
Suite 6.1 offers enhanced integration with Unreal Engine 5.4, enabling InfinitySet to control Unreal Engine directly from its interface. This allows users to manage and edit Unreal Engine blueprints, objects, and properties, while blending Unreal Engine rendering with Brainstorm’s proprietary eStudio render engine. Users can now decide which engine renders specific parts of a scene, while the improved Unreal Compositor facilitates the integration of real video feeds within Unreal Engine scenes.
High-Performance Virtual Production
Powered by the NVIDIA RTX 6000 Ada Generation GPU, Suite 6 delivers high-performance virtual production from a single workstation. This update aligns with Brainstorm’s sustainability efforts, reducing the need for additional hardware, lowering power consumption, and cutting costs.
Dual-GPU Support for InfinitySet
InfinitySet now supports dual-GPU workstations, splitting rendering tasks across two GPUs to enhance performance and visual quality in XR environments. Tools like XR Config and CalibMate ensure precise calibration, speeding up setup times and reducing potential errors.
Aston’s Enhanced Motion Graphics
Aston includes updates to improve motion graphics workflows. The new Graphic Instances feature allows design teams to work collaboratively by creating templates that can be modified without altering the original design. Aston’s StormLogic provides new transition and interaction capabilities, while touchscreen interactivity tools enable designers to build dynamic experiences using multi-touch gestures.
This presentation at Broadcast India 2024 will highlight Brainstorm’s efforts to advance virtual production, streamline workflows, and enhance broadcast storytelling.
