As we prepare for this year’s event, Cine Gear Expo is excited to announce exciting changes and additions to our floorplans.
Stage 23 Redesigned Exhibit Layout
Due to high demand for exhibit space, we have redesigned Stage 23 to allow for even more indoor booths. From 10’x10’s to 20’x30’s and larger, we can still accommodate your needs – but be sure to submit your application soon, as spaces are filling up fast in both exhibit stages and our outdoor exhibit area.

Stage 22 Interactive Experience Added
Empowering the storytellers of the future, Trilith Studios and Prysm Stages will be joining Cine Gear Expo for an interactive experience in Stage 22. This expands the event’s footprint to 3 stages, along with our outdoor exhibits and hospitality area.

Exhibitor Registration is Open
Exhibitors can complete the contract process and secure their booth for Cine Gear Expo Atlanta 2023 via our official floor plan management system, Map Your Show.
Exhibit rates can be found in Step 2 of the Application. Booth Items, Services, and Sponsorship Opportunities with rates can be found in Step 4 of the application.
In the “Comments” section in Step 2 of the application, please list your 1st – 3rd choice for booth space as per our current floor plans (please note all floor plans and stage assignments are subject to change).
Booth space will be assigned based on priority sign up, receipt of deposit, and past exhibit history.
