Cine Gear Expo New York Exhibitor Registration Now Open

Exhibit Dates: March 10th & 11th, 2023

Location: Industry City, Brooklyn, NY, USA

Exhibitors can now submit their applications for booth space at Cine Gear NY 2023. Applications will be accepted via our Google Form. Once received, our team will process the form and send out an invoice and Terms & Conditions sheet. Payment and a signed Terms & Conditions PDF must be received to confirm your space.
Exhibit rates can be found in our Google Form. All booths include (1) 6′ Draped Table, (2) Chairs, and (1) 5amp/110volt electrical outlet. Each exhibitor will receive tickets to the Industry Networking Event on Friday, March 10th at 6:00 p.m.
Sponsorship Opportunities and Exhibitor Services (including forklifts, storage, and program ads) can be ordered in Sections 2 & 3 of the application, or at any time by e-mailing info@cinegearexpo.com
Booth space will be assigned based on priority sign up, receipt of deposit, and past exhibit history.

Exhibitor Booth Sign-up Process

You may submit your application via Google Form. Booth size and location preference may be requested in the application.

A signed contract and Terms and Conditions along with the required deposit are necessary to reserve your booth request. If Cine Gear Expo receives the signed application and deposit separately, the date the deposit is received will determine your place on the Booth Assignment List. All booths are assigned based on priority sign-up and past exhibit history. We recommend securing your Cine Gear Expo NY 2023 booth soon to receive preferred space.

No exhibitor shall assign, sublet, or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted or have representatives, equipment, or materials from other than their own firm in the said space.
