Cinnafilm reports that IPx LIVE and Tachyon LIVE are now available for real-time IP video transcoding and motion-compensated standards conversion for live sports and major events.
IPx LIVE functions as a software-based transcode engine with support for SMPTE 2110, SRT, NDI, and TR-07/08. Integrated Tachyon technology enables frame-rate and format conversion with reduced artifacts, including transitions between 60fps and 50fps.
Deployment Options
Both products operate on-premises, in the cloud, or in hybrid environments, using NVIDIA GPU acceleration. This configuration removes reliance on older hardware and enables immediate scaling.
