Arkona technologies GmbH will attend ISE 2026 at Booth 5.K800, focusing on software-defined IP media infrastructure used beyond traditional broadcast environments.
The company highlights adoption of its core technologies by IT-driven, ProAV, and enterprise organizations.
Large-Scale IP Deployment in Los Angeles
A recent deployment at a client facility in Los Angeles includes a complex IP system delivered by arkona together with technology partner manifold. The system is based on 24 AT300 Programmable Acceleration Cards and supports extensive video and audio processing.
The installation includes a manifold multiviewer and UDX processing with more than 250 input sources displayed across 54 UHD outputs, alongside 64 simultaneous up, down, and cross-conversion services. The architecture uses FPGA accelerator cards across three servers and integrates third-party switching and orchestration platforms.
Expansion to London Production Facility
Following the Los Angeles deployment, the same system architecture is now in use at the client’s London studio for podcast and content production.
Enterprise and ProAV Requirements
The project reflects growing interest from organizations outside the broadcast sector in high-density IP processing platforms. Key factors include support for 2160p at 23.98p, high audio channel capacity, and integrated PTP and MSC functionality for stage-box connectivity. System density and flexibility were critical in meeting enterprise production requirements.
Arkona and Manifold Platforms at ISE
ISE visitors can review the full arkona portfolio, including the BLADE//runner software-defined platform for SDI and ST 2110 routing and processing. Solutions from manifold will also be available, including manifold CLOUD for virtualized and distributed multiviewing and processing. The combined platforms address enterprise, ProAV, gaming, and IT-focused media workflows.
