Transitioning to ATSC 3.0

Cobalt Digital introduces a straightforward approach for broadcasters to transition from ATSC 1.0 to ATSC 3.0, leveraging the 9905-MPx openGear® card. This solution facilitates the conversion of 1080i SDR signals into 1080p HDR, ready for ATSC 3.0, incorporating 3D-LUTs and color correction capabilities to support downstream HDR systems.

Enhancing Viewing with IP-MV Multiviewers

The company presents the UltraBlue IP-MV multiviewers, available as software packages or cloud instances, featuring WebRTC output. These multiviewers support a wide range of IP/SDI inputs and outputs, offering scalable and flexible viewing solutions with an intuitive web interface. Additionally, Cobalt will display its SDI series of multiviewers for up to 12G signals.

Expanding COBALT WAVE Routers and Control Panels

Cobalt introduces the new COBALT WAVE 36×36 router, a compact 2U frame solution, alongside the larger 64×64 version. These routers support up to 12G-SDI signals and come with IP-based control features. The launch also includes new control panels, the CP-44 and CP-42L, enhancing the flexibility and customization of router operations.

Introducing COBALT INDIGO 2110 and COBALT ARIA AUD-DANTE

The COBALT INDIGO 2110 represents a leap in SMPTE ST 2110 technology, offering a quad-channel bi-directional gateway in an openGear® form factor, simplifying the data path and reducing costs. Additionally, the COBALT ARIA AUD-DANTE, a new DANTE openGear card, provides advanced audio processing capabilities with up to 12G support.
