Deity has introduced the SRD-Mini, a portable 4-channel antenna distribution system designed for location sound mixers who use a sound bag setup.
The system operates within a frequency range of 470 to 960 MHz.
Features
The SRD-Mini includes an active splitter that compensates for line loss, ensuring that RF signals remain strong during operation. It is equipped with built-in RF overload protection and warning LED lights, which alert users to potential signal issues, enhancing the safety and efficiency of the setup.
Performance
The 2×8 splitter design of the SRD-Mini allows for the support of up to 16 wireless channels, providing flexibility for complex sound configurations. The system’s ultra-wide spectrum makes it compatible with various wireless brands.
Power Options
The SRD-Mini offers multiple power input options, including a Hirose-style 4-pin input and USB-C. It can also supply power to external antenna circuitry through its active splitter. Each side of the distribution system (A/B) has independent control for external power toggling. The SRD-Mini is compatible with both passive and active antennas.
Price and Availability
The Deity SRD-Mini is currently available for purchase at a price of $549 USD.
