DJI has made significant improvements to the Osmo Action 4’s video recording capabilities.

The company’s latest firmware update, version 01.04.05.10, includes an optimized processing algorithm that enhances the image quality of videos recorded at 30 frames per second (fps) or lower.
The update introduces an auto power-off feature for the DJI Mic 2 Transmitter, designed to increase efficiency. This new functionality automatically shuts down the transmitter if it hasn’t been connected or used for recording for more than 15 minutes. Users can enable this feature in the settings for more convenient and intelligent operation.
DJI reports that it has refined the recording gain and volume performance for the DJI Mic 2 transmitter, aiming to deliver superior audio quality.
The latest firmware also addresses and rectifies several bugs, enhancing the overall stability and performance of the device.
