DNAV is set to unveil its latest broadcast radio technology innovations at the NAB Show 2024, which starts this Sunday at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The company plans to integrate its exhibition space with that of two neighboring partners, Sierra Automated Systems (SAS) and American Amplifier Technologies, respectively. This strategic placement is intended to facilitate the display of a comprehensive range of solutions that will serve as a foundation for designing new radio facilities and upgrading existing systems.
Strategic Partnerships and Exhibitions
In addition to its primary display area, DNAV will also be featured at the Orban booth, where it will promote its newest audio processing technologies. Daniel Hyatt, a principal at DNAV, expressed the company’s ambition to redefine industry standards by showcasing both physical and virtual broadcasting solutions that encompass in-studio, remote, and cloud-based systems.
Technological Integration and Future Plans
A significant highlight of DNAV’s presentation will be the SAS Global Connect Software. This software provides a unified command and control system for managing SAS and third-party broadcasting devices across both local and wide-area networks. It essentially functions as a virtual Network Operations Center (NOC), allowing broadcasters to oversee their network operations centrally. Additionally, DNAV will preview its upcoming virtualized SAS on-air console, which is expected to ship later in the year. This new console will be compatible with the Global Connect system and will support remote management and control of live broadcasts.
