Donnie Gilliam’s Background
Gilliam joins Vislink with extensive experience in operations and service within high-growth companies. His previous roles include leading operations at HM Electronics, where he significantly contributed to the company’s substantial growth. He also served as the Senior Director of Supply Chain & Materials at Clear-Com, an HM Electronics subsidiary, and most recently, as Vice President of Global Operations at Spectralink Corporation.

With a strong background in lean manufacturing, quality, and supply chain management, Gilliam brings valuable expertise to Vislink. His experience in leading supply chain, manufacturing, and service organizations will be crucial in optimizing Vislink’s operational efficiency and supporting its growth objectives.

Gilliam is a member of the Western Regional Board of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), where he contributes to the advancement of best practices in manufacturing and operational excellence.
