Dover Mundt Joins Riedel as Regional Sales Manager for NY Metro and Mid-Atlantic Regions

Riedel Communications today announced that Dover Mundt has joined the company as regional sales representative for North America. Mundt, in her new role, will cover both the New York Metro and mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S. This addition to the team will bring additional sales coverage to the thriving New York and mid-Atlantic region and make good use of Mundt’s technical knowledge and industry expertise, as well as her enthusiasm for travel.

“Dover Mundt brings a deep understanding of customer’s workflow challenges to the role,” said Rich Zabel, Vice President of Sales, Riedel Americas. “She is a problem solver with a proven history of helping her customers achieve superior results with their projects.”

“Riedel is growth oriented and is expanding its coverage in the Americas. The addition of Mundt sharing responsibility for the NY Metro and covering the mid-Atlantic region provides more opportunities to engage deeper with our existing customers and widen our reach to new customers in a variety of market verticals,” continued Zabel. “With the growing awareness of Riedel’s quality products in the Americas, we expect to continue to grow and create additional sales regions this year and next.”

Mundt has over 20 years of experience working in the broadcast and video industry in an encompassing range of technical, project management, and sales roles. She comes to Riedel from Canon where she served as an account manager for over six years focusing on broadcast accounts ranging from global television networks to small university athletic departments. She also managed large national accounts, especially those affiliated with major sporting events. Prior to Canon, she worked on remote projects for NASCAR Media Services; NEP Broadcasting; and New Century Productions, a division of NEP as a logistics coordinator and maintenance engineer. Mundt also spent three months working for NBC as an audio-venue engineer and project manager.

“I am excited to be joining such a forward-thinking and customer-focused company,” stated Mundt. “I look forward to engaging with customers and finding innovative and quality solutions that fit their needs.”

Mundt is based in Pennsylvania and reports directly to Rich Zabel.
