Ed Qualls, CEO of Just Add Power, USA, took part in the TFT 1957 survey of ISE 2025 exhibitors and guests on their showcased solutions and equipment in Barcelona, February 4-7, 2025.
– What products and solutions is Just Add Power presenting at ISE 2025?
We’re here at ISE 2025 in Barcelona showcasing some of the latest additions to our AV-over-IP product line while reinforcing our commitment to sustainability by ensuring long-term support for all our existing products.
One of our key new products is the USB Extender. This device allows users to connect a mouse, camera, or any other USB device to the network, enabling remote control over peripherals from any location. For example, you can remotely control a KVM workstation by simply plugging the extender into the network, offering flexible, scalable control solutions in various AV environments.
We are also demonstrating our artistic video wall technology, which introduces a new level of creative display configurations. With our system, video content can be rotated at precise increments (e.g., 32 degrees or finer adjustments), allowing for unique and dynamic visual presentations beyond traditional flat-panel arrangements. This enables designers and integrators to create visually compelling video walls for commercial installations, museums, and entertainment venues.
– What are the key industry trends shaping the AV market?
One of the most significant trends in the AV industry is the continued shift towards IP-based video distribution. At Just Add Power, we have been a foundation partner with NDI, supporting seamless IP video transmission across our video wall controllers and multi-display solutions.
Another major trend is system longevity and backward compatibility. Sustainability is a core focus for us, and we ensure that our new products remain compatible with previous generations of hardware. For instance, our current solutions work seamlessly with devices we introduced in 2010, providing long-term investment protection for customers. This approach allows integrators to expand existing AV networks without needing to replace entire systems.
At ISE 2025, we are excited to present these innovations and demonstrate how our AV-over-IP solutions continue to push the boundaries of performance, flexibility, and sustainability in the professional AV market.
