Evertz is set to highlight the seamless integration of its Studer brand Vista digital mixing consoles with the Evertz Software Defined Video Networking (SDVN) platform at IBC 2023. This integration also includes audio console support for the SMPTE ST 2110 standard.
Having acquired Studer in 2021, Evertz has synergized Studer Vista with its DreamCatcher BRAVO Studio virtual production control. This integration empowers users to produce top-tier live content efficiently, swiftly, and at a reduced cost.
The introduction of Vista BRAVO offers users virtual access to a comprehensive mixing console, replete with Studer’s advanced audio features. Whether operating on-site or via cloud, Vista BRAVO equips users with the adaptability required to amplify audio quality.
A notable enhancement to the Studer Vista series is the extended Vista control facilitated by the Evertz VUE Intelligent User Interface. With over 2,000 bidirectional controls now at their disposal, the fusion of Vista and VUE emerges as an invaluable asset for multiple compact production suites and remote production endeavors.
A fresh addition to the Studer Vista console lineup is the Video PFL (Pre-Fade-Listen) feature, which leverages the potential of Evertz MAGNUM OS orchestration, monitoring, and analysis software. With Video PFL, audio technicians can pre-fade an input, simultaneously listening to its audio and viewing the corresponding video on the multiviewer in the audio control room. This video-audio synchronization offers engineers a visual depiction of the audio on the PFL, ensuring consistent accuracy in source selection.
Furthermore, Evertz will introduce other advancements for BRAVO Studio. This includes the innovative Highlight Factory, where AI technology is employed to auto-generate clips and stories. These are then published to Ease Live, allowing users to select their preferred highlights.
