MOG Technologies’ expertise in cloud technology will support EVS’s Balanced Computing strategy, improving its MediaCeption® and MediaHub® solutions for content management and distribution. Financial Details and Transaction Timeline
MOG Technologies generates an annual revenue of approximately EUR 4 million. The acquisition, valued below EUR 5 million, includes an earn-out mechanism. The share purchase agreement was signed on August 2nd, 2024, at the EVS House in Paris. The transaction is expected to close by Q4 this year, subject to certain conditions.
