The highlight of FOR-A’s presentation will be the HVS-6000 production switcher, known for its user-friendliness and robust capabilities. This switcher features comprehensive 12G-SDI support across all inputs and outputs, with configurations available for 80 inputs and 32 outputs or 64 inputs and 48 outputs. It includes an optional board for IP interface integration, enhancing its versatility. The switcher also supports HD to 4K up-conversion and down-conversion for auxiliary outputs, facilitating use in various production environments.
Collaborative Demonstrations with Industry Partners
FOR-A is set to demonstrate the effectiveness of its technology through partnerships with other industry leaders. A notable demonstration will take place at the Canon booth, where a Canon lens mounted on an Ikegami camera will feed into a FOR-A HVS-1200 switcher. The HVS-1200, a compact switcher capable of 4K 12G-SDI operations, utilizes MELite™ technology to expand its single M/E capacity to offer 2M/E performance.
Comprehensive Infrastructure Solutions
Additionally, FOR-A will display its FA-1616 and FA-9600 units, both designed to bridge the gap between SDI and IP workflows efficiently. The FA-1616 serves as a software-defined signal processing platform offering synchronization, color correction, and audio remapping for up to 32 channels. The FA-9600 is a versatile signal processor capable of synchronization, timecode management, and high-quality conversions, including HDR and wide color gamut adjustments. Both units are compact, occupying only 1RU, making them suitable for various applications including master control and outside broadcasts.
Enhanced Monitoring Capabilities
The MV-3240 multi-viewer, also taking up only 1RU, allows for the creation of multiple monitoring layouts from 32 inputs and five outputs. These units can be cascaded to produce even more complex display configurations.
