Broadcasting Centre Europe (BCE), part of the RTL Group, has announced a significant change in its leadership structure. The company’s Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Frédéric Fiévez, has been elevated to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO)

In this new capacity, Fiévez will oversee BCE’s operational aspects, aligning them closely with the company’s strategic objectives. He will work directly under Christophe Goossens, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BCE.

Fiévez brings a comprehensive understanding of BCE’s operations, positioning him well to tackle both operational challenges and business development opportunities. His responsibilities will include the integration and evaluation of BCE’s resources to ensure they are in line with the company’s overall strategy. This is essential for BCE’s growth and adaptation in a fast-changing market and evolving customer demands. Fiévez’s deep insights into the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) markets, combined with his experience in managing complex initiatives, make him a vital asset for BCE’s strategic progression.

Statements from BCE Executives
Christophe Goossens expressed his satisfaction with Fiévez’s new role, highlighting his extensive knowledge and expertise in BCE’s operations. Goossens is confident that Fiévez’s dedication will significantly contribute to BCE’s operational growth and customer alignment.

At BCE, Fiévez started by consulting on the ARTE project and then played a key role in expanding BCE’s operations beyond the RTL Group, particularly in the Middle East and Africa.
