FUJINON’s Duvo HZK14-100mm PL zoom lens, first previewed at IBC 2023 as a prototype, has now officially been released.
The lens, like its counterpart, the FUJINON Duvo HZK24-300mm PL, is a versatile wide zoom designed for Super 35 sensors. It also features a built-in 1.5x optical extender, allowing it to cover full-frame sensors as a 21-150mm lens. The maximum aperture is T/2.9, or T/4.3 when using the extender.
Features and Compatibility
The FUJINON Duvo HZK14-100mm PL zoom lens is designed to bridge the gap between broadcast functionality and cinematic use. It offers a 7.1x zoom ratio within a compact design, making it suitable for various filming needs. The lens is compact, with a length of 27cm (10.62 inches) and a weight of 2.65kg (5.84 lbs). It includes several electronic controls, such as focus breathing correction, an electronic zoom rocker, and iris control, making it a versatile tool for both Super 35 and full-frame cameras.

This lens is targeted at medium to large production companies, rental houses, broadcast studios, and ENG crews. Priced at $32,000, it is positioned as a high-end product that combines the features of professional broadcast equipment with the capabilities of large sensor cameras.
