Globecast has announced a deal with beIN Asia Pacific to provide multi-faceted media processing and delivery services to the sports provider’s Asia-Pacific division.
Globecast, the global solutions provider for media and content management, has announced that renowned sports content provider beIN ASIA PACIFIC has selected Globecast to provide multifaceted media processing and delivery services to the sports provider’s Asia-Pacific division. The deal will see Globecast provide several services for the sports provider in the region, including cloud and on-premise playout, and hosting the OTT platform. Part of beIN Media Group, beIN Asia Pacific operates in 11 countries across the Asia-Pacific region: Australia, New Zealand, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Singapore.

Live commentary and editing capabilities, Live camera position, alongside AR advertising, are also available as services.
