The KNOWLED P600R is a medium-sized, square LED panel, with the P1200R being its larger counterpart, offering twice the size, output, and price. Both models boast a sturdy construction with metal components, adjustable angles, control panels, and multiple input options. Additionally, active cooling fans are incorporated to support extended use.

Output and Performance

These hard LED RGB panels are notable for their high light output, achieved through a specialized lens array. The P600R produces a luminosity of 71,700 lux at a 1-meter distance with a 5600K color temperature, using 600W of power. The P1200R doubles this output, delivering 136,000 lux at the same distance and color temperature, powered by 1200W.

Advanced Color and Light Control

The panels provide a wide color temperature range and full RGB coverage, with the P600R and P1200R both achieving high-quality light production. They support a 360 hue spectrum and offer various control modes including RGBW, HSI, CCT, Gel, XY, and FX. Dimming can be adjusted through linear, S-curve, exponential, and logarithmic methods, from 0.1% to 100%. Furthermore, 14 lighting effects are available, such as welding, lightning, and police sirens.

Control Methods

In addition to manual controls on the fixture, the panels can be operated via DMX 512/RDM and wirelessly through LumenRadio/CRMX. The Godox Light app also allows for Bluetooth control from a distance of up to 30 meters.

Light Modifiers

Despite being hard panels, the KNOWLED series is compatible with various light modifiers, such as lightboxes, grids, and barn doors. These panels can also be stacked for increased modularity, and a flat diffusion panel is available for a compact size while diffusing light output.

The KNOWLED P600R and P1200R panels are currently available for pre-order and are expected to ship in May 2024. The P600R is priced at $2,190 / €3,749, and the P1200R at $4,590.
