Gustavo Robles, sales director of AEQ, and Mónica de la Fuente, Marketing & Communications of AEQ, answered questions from TKT1957 at ISE 2024, Barcelona, Spain.
- TKT1957: What are the main trends of ISE 2024, in your opinion?
Gustavo: This year, we feel that the new and main trends of the show are going to be IP for sure. All the technology is going to be interconnected to offer maximum compatibility with all vendors and possible solutions. We also see that the Cloud will be quite important because it allows all material to be interconnected in the complete workflow, all in a local facility. And finally, artificial intelligence is one of the trends that we believe is going to change the broadcast and nonbroadcast world, including Pro AV and industrial installations.
- TKT1957: What are the main directions of development most characteristic in your segment of the industry?
Gustavo: AEQ is working on all these lines with new developments; some of them are here at the show currently.
Mónica: The main product that we are launching this year is in communications. The Venus 4, which we have in two versions of this audio codec: one with local control and the other more basic. It consists of a dual full-duplex stereo IP Audiocodec with local analogue, digital, and AoIP Dante connectivity.
The other product is an intercom system, featuring a new intercom panel TP9116 with 16 keys, designed for intercom Matrix Systems. We welcome you to visit us at the ISE Show in stand 48730.
