The addition of the 35mm T2.6 and 65mm T2.9 Macro lenses brings the total number of lenses in the HAWK65 Vintage’74 series to eleven. Here is the complete list:

Technical Specifications and Design

The HAWK65 Vintage’74 lenses feature a 1.3x anamorphic squeeze, which maintains the bokeh characteristics similar to classic 2x anamorphic lenses. This effect is achieved through HAWK’s patented iris-shaping system. The 1.3x squeeze ratio is effective in producing footage with a 2:1 aspect ratio when using a camera’s 3:2 open gate mode. The lenses are designed to deliver the aesthetics of vintage glass.

Rental and Availability

The new HAWK65 Vintage’74 lenses are available for rental only. According to HAWK’s website, the HAWK65 Vintage’74 35mm T2.6 lens will be available from October 2024.
