Hedge has unveiled the latest version of its software, OffShoot 23.3, featuring an innovative health check function specifically designed for ProGrade memory cards.
This new tool is essential for ensuring the reliability and integrity of the media used in cameras. However, it’s currently limited to ProGrade cards only, with the potential to expand to other brands pending collaborations between Hedge and other card manufacturers.
The addition of this feature offers users assurance about the condition of their media, whether it’s a personal favorite or a rental. OffShoot 23.3 also addresses challenges posed by large files, introducing ways to enhance controller cache for improved performance.
Key highlights of OffShoot for Mac 23.3 include:
The ability to assess the lifespan and health of ProGrade media cards.
Access to OffShoot Beta, allowing users to test new features before their general release. This can be activated in the software’s settings under License.
Enhanced Pro Support for Codex Device Manager version 7.2.
