Hollyland Launches Innovative Wireless Tally System for Enhanced Live Broadcast Efficiency

Hollyland has developed a Wireless Tally System designed to streamline live broadcast operations.

This system is compatible with switchers from leading brands such as BlackMagic Design, Data Video, Panasonic, Sony, Roland, vMix, and DeviceWell. It enables camera operators to know instantly when their camera is on air, enhancing live production efficiency.

Key Features and Connectivity

The system stands out for its long battery life and impressive transmission range, reaching over 2,600ft / 800m. It employs adaptive frequency hopping technology to maintain signal stability in complex environments by automatically switching to less congested channels. The Wireless Tally System supports up to 16 Tally channels, accommodating large-scale production needs.

Connectivity options are abundant, with the device offering DB25, RJ45, and USB-C ports. This versatility ensures compatibility with a broad spectrum of switchers. The DB25 port can manage up to 12 channels of dual-color Tally, while the RJ45 port expands this capacity to 16 channels.

Power and Portability

The device is powered by a battery that lasts over 8 hours on a single charge. In case of low battery, the battery can be swiftly replaced to prevent any disruption in operation. Notably, the battery used is interchangeable with those in the Solidcom C1 and Solidcom C1 Pro wireless headsets.

Designed for ease of use and portability, the Tally devices are lightweight, each weighing less than 100g, making them convenient for mobile setups.

Product Variants

Hollyland offers the Wireless Tally System in two configurations: one that includes 4 Tally devices and another with 8, providing flexibility for various production sizes.

In summary, Hollyland’s Wireless Tally System introduces a robust solution for live broadcast operations, emphasizing ease of use, compatibility, and reliability. Its long-range, adaptive technology, and multiple connectivity options make it a versatile choice for professional broadcasting environments.
