IHSE USA is set to present its latest innovations in KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) technology and extender solutions at the upcoming NAB Show in Las Vegas, specifically at Booth SL5115.

The showcase will include a variety of products designed to enhance flexibility, security, and performance in broadcast and production environments.

Latest Technological Advancements

Among the highlighted solutions is a cutting-edge KVM system utilizing the JPEG XS codec, developed in collaboration with Fraunhofer IIS. This partnership aims to push the boundaries of high-resolution video data transfer across Ethernet and other wired connections with minimal computing resources. The integration of Fraunhofer’s JPEG XS SDK with IHSE’s technology enables ultra-low-latency video routing, crucial for broadcast, in-house production, and gaming applications.

kvm-tec’s Scalable Pro Line and Other Innovations

The exhibition will also feature kvm-tec’s Scalable Pro Line, known for its networked 4K multiviewer capabilities over a 10G network. This technology allows for the control and management of up to 16 computer sources on a single screen, enhancing the efficiency of multi-source monitoring.

Additionally, IHSE will spotlight the Draco SIRA CON, offering real-time, remote access to KVM systems via standard network connections. This product emphasizes security and flexibility, ensuring encrypted signal transmission and compatibility with a range of devices, including mobile platforms.

Solutions for Control Rooms and Large Video Walls

IHSE’s offerings for control room and large video wall applications will also be on display. The company’s KVM systems are engineered to centralize the monitoring, control, and distribution of critical information, catering to diverse sectors. The Draco MV42, a four-port multiview display processor, exemplifies IHSE’s commitment to high-quality multi-image video processing and control.

The new kvm-tec Scalable Multiview Commander, capable of combining up to 16 sources in full HD or 4K on a single monitor, will be introduced as well. This solution supports extensive network scalability and offers user-friendly management through OSD menu shortcuts or kvm-tec’s dedicated software.

IHSE USA’s showcase at the NAB Show represents its ongoing effort to provide state-of-the-art KVM and extender solutions to the broadcast and production industry, underlining its four decades of expertise in the field.
