The Insta360 Ace Pro has received a significant firmware update to version 1.0.51, which includes the addition of an anti-flickering feature across all shooting modes and the integration of in-camera Horizon Lock.
The update also extends compatibility to a wider range of Bluetooth audio devices.
Audio and Visual Improvements
This new firmware enhances audio capture capabilities by implementing a new algorithm that significantly reduces wind noise. The update also brings 360º and 45º Horizon Lock capabilities directly in-camera, allowing for more stable shots.
Underwater Photography Enhancements
Users will notice improved image quality when shooting underwater, thanks to a refined algorithm that delivers truer colors and better clarity. The update also improves Gesture Control accuracy, making camera operation more intuitive in aquatic environments.
Additional Features and Stability Enhancements
The update introduces a new battery level display feature; users can now connect to an external power source or simply tap the battery icon to view the remaining battery percentage. There is also support for Clarity Zoom in Burst Photo mode, alongside general improvements to camera stability and user experience.
