Less than two months after its successful exhibit at the 2024 NAB Show, Magewell is preparing to return to Las Vegas to present its latest innovations to AV professionals and integrators at InfoComm 2024.
The company will be exhibiting from June 12 to 14, showcasing advancements in AV-over-IP, streaming, and content production in professional AV environments.
New Products Debut at InfoComm 2024
Magewell will introduce the new Modator IP conversion family at InfoComm 2024. Designed for multi-channel AV-over-IP deployments, Modator offers the reliability and low-latency performance of Magewell’s standalone IP encoders and decoders in a high-density, modular, rackmount form factor. The Modator 2U chassis supports up to 10 hot-swappable modules that convert between baseband video/audio signals and IP streams. Users can configure and monitor the chassis via the integrated LED touchscreen or a browser-based web interface. The initial Modator modules include NDI® encoders and multi-format decoders supporting NDI High Bandwidth and NDI HX3, along with various streaming protocols.
Director Mini Production System Upgrades
Making its first appearance at InfoComm, the upgraded Director Mini all-in-one production and streaming system will be featured. Director Mini combines multi-input switching, graphics, streaming, recording, and monitoring in a portable device. The system enables users to produce engaging multi-camera content through an intuitive touchscreen interface and a companion mobile app. New features include instant replay, support for live HTML graphics overlays, network bonding with Speedify technology, and more.
Expanded Live Streaming Portfolio
Magewell will also highlight new additions to its Ultra Encode family of advanced live media encoders. The Ultra Encode HDMI Plus and Ultra Encode SDI Plus offer exceptional encoding and delivery flexibility with simultaneous multi-protocol streaming, file-based recording, NDI® HX3 support, 4K encoding at 30 frames per second, PoE support, and tally lights for live production.
Demonstrations and Established Solutions
Magewell and its exclusive North and South American distributor, MVD, will demonstrate other established solutions, including the USB Fusion advanced presentation device, the Pro Convert series of standalone IP encoders and decoders, the Control Hub centralized device and stream management software, and Magewell’s extensive range of USB, M.2, and PCIe video capture devices.
