The CV420Ne combines the advantages of digital robotic movement, including pan, tilt, and zoom, with the exceptional image quality of a 9 1/2 Megapixel 4K sensor.

Marshall Electronics is proud to unveil the CV420Ne, an NDI|HX3 version of its popular ultra-wide streaming POV camera. Equipped with NDI|HX3 codecs, HDMI, USB, and an array of versatile features, this camera offers unmatched flexibility for a wide range of AV applications. Marshall will be showcasing the CV420Ne at InfoComm 2023 (Booth 4107).

The CV420Ne features a large 1/1.8” 4K sensor with an impressive 9 1/2 Megapixels, enabling crystal-clear 4K (UHD) resolution at up to 60fps, along with high-quality HD resolutions. With its 4.5mm lens, the camera captures an ultra-wide 100-degree angle-of-view, delivering stunning video without spherical distortion. The CV420Ne’s digital pan, tilt, and zoom functionality come with over 250 presets that can be saved and accessed from various command sources, such as IR remote, NDI|Tools, Camera Control Software, web browser GUI, OBS plugins, vMix, and other compatible software codecs and devices.

Equipped with the latest NDI|HX3 codec, the CV420Ne seamlessly integrates into streaming and production workflows. Its versatility makes it suitable for professional proAV and broadcast applications, including AV streaming, remote contribution, podcasting, video collaboration, and various proAV and UCC installations that demand top-notch networkable video sources.

The new NDI|HX3 format requires slightly higher bandwidth than its predecessor, NDI|HX2, while consuming much less than Full-NDI|HB. NDI|HX3 delivers low latency, with end-to-end delays of less than 100ms, and offers video quality performance comparable to premium Full-NDI, ensuring that the camera source’s video quality remains intact when transmitted over the network.

Measuring a compact 4.5 inches in length, the CV420Ne boasts a robust and durable design, with dimensions of 113 x 70 x 51mm. It features rear protection wings to prevent accidental cable disconnection. The camera includes a 3.5mm audio input (line/mic) embedded on all available outputs and can be controlled via the included remote control, NDI|Tools, or USB. Additionally, the CV420Ne is equipped with a front-facing Tally Light, ensuring seamless live streaming and offering unparalleled flexibility in a compact streaming camera.
