MRMC will participate in Cinegear LA, a leading exhibition for advanced cinematic gear and technology, alongside Camera Control and new Nikon group partners RED Digital Cinema.
The event will be held from June 7th to 8th, 2024, at Warner Bros Studios in Burbank, LA.
Showcasing New Technology
MRMC plans to showcase the High-Speed Bolt and Cinebot range, featuring a hands-on demo of the Cinebot Mini for the first time. The Cinebot range is designed for simplicity, offering user-friendly, portable features suitable for studio owners, content creators, grips, cinematographers, and camera operators. It incorporates Push MOCO technology, enabling operators to manually control and record camera positions, making complex camera movements more accessible. The Cinebot range is highly portable, allowing for convenient transportation, setup, and location work. It can run up to 10 hours on battery power, providing extended operation without a main power source.
Integration with RED Digital Cinema Cameras
MRMC’s advanced camera robotics will be equipped with RED Digital Cinema cameras, enhancing the capabilities of both systems. The KOMODO X, known for its compact and lightweight design, will be paired with the Cinebot Mini, offering flexibility and precision for various on-location shooting scenarios. The V-RAPTOR-XL, featuring a full-frame 8K sensor and advanced dynamic range capabilities, will be paired with the Bolt High-Speed Cinebot, which can handle camera payloads up to 20kg. This combination promises to deliver detailed and vibrant visuals, setting a new standard for high-end cinematic productions.
