At the upcoming NAB New York event, Panasonic Connect will be spotlighting its comprehensive ST 2110 workflow, ranging from the KAIROS live production platform to its studio and PTZ cameras. With the broadcasting and sports production sectors facing increasing demands for high-quality content, Panasonic Connect is introducing its new UCU700 Camera Control Unit (CCU) to facilitate the transition to IP-based systems.

Key offerings to be showcased at NAB New York include:

  • UCU700 Camera Control Unit: Set to be available in early 2024, this new CCU offers a plethora of benefits to production crews and systems integrators. It supports both 4K and HDR operation and can integrate with existing UC4000, UC3300, and the new PLV100 cameras. The UCU700 will also support workflows using SRT, NDI, ST 2110 & Dante.
  • KAIROS Live Production Platform: The next-gen KAIROS Core AT-KC200 and AT-KC2000 boast improved functionality, streamlined connectivity, and enhanced storage capacities. The KC2000S1 model, available in December, will offer customers the choice between supporting fully redundant ST 2022-7 or accessing up to 400G of ST 2110 sources.
  • AK-HC3900 Studio Camera: Ideal for diverse live productions, this camera outputs HDR and SDR simultaneously. With the AK-SFC391 software, it can connect directly to Panasonic’s KAIROS Live Production Platform.
  • AK-PLV100 Super 35mm CineLive Studio Camera: Designed for CINELIVE production, the AK-PLV100 offers a cinema aesthetic in a studio camera body, all at a competitive price point.
  • AW-UE160 4K PTZ Camera: Part of Panasonic’s Platinum Series, this camera captures clear images even in challenging lighting conditions. Its ST 2110 compatibility can be activated through the AW-SFU60 software key.
