In this pivotal role, Petershack will steer the company’s efforts in broadcast, virtual production (VP), and extended reality (XR), with a strong commitment to delivering peerless products and services. His leadership is aimed at broadening the company’s influence across diverse sectors.
Organizational Revamp
This appointment follows the strategic reconfiguration of Planar’s media department, a move that amalgamated the broadcast, VP, and XR units into a singular entity. This restructuring is intended to capitalize on the synergies among these market areas, thereby facilitating product innovation and elevating customer service from the initial sale through to project culmination and beyond.
Career and Qualifications
Ascending to his new role with eight years of dedication to Planar under his belt, Petershack’s journey includes more than four years as a Regional Account Manager for Metro New York. His portfolio within Planar also encompasses roles such as Project Manager and Project Engineer, positions that have solidified his expertise in the audiovisual (AV) landscape. Moreover, Petershack brings to his current role a distinctive blend of experience, notably in custom structure design from his tenure as a civil engineer.
Residing in the Greater Milwaukee area, he boasts a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
