As Thailand prepares for major English Premier League broadcasts and new premium sports content, Mono Streaming Co. Ltd. chose PlayBox Neo Channel-in-a-Box HD servers to manage EPL playout on its OTT platform “Monomax.”
Mono Streaming, part of Mono Next Public Company Limited (MONO), operates across IPTV, free-to-air, and cable services. Its portfolio includes the Monomax streaming platform, the MONO29 digital TV channel, and additional ventures in publishing, music, and mobile content.
Monomax now exceeds one million subscribers in the “Standard Package,” driven by growing demand for English Premier League coverage. This increase confirms a strong market for premium football content within Thailand’s OTT sector.
Technical Upgrade with PlayBox Neo
In cooperation with local dealer Central Solutions Co. Ltd., Mono Streaming received four Channel-in-a-Box HD server upgrades and licences with ingest configuration, replacing legacy playback and recording systems.
Each new server provides three channels, supports 1080p frames, and meets ad-streaming requirements. Installation and training were completed onsite.

PlayBox Neo’s Channel-in-a-Box includes AirBox Neo for automated streaming and broadcast playout with 4K-UHD optimisation, plus ListBox Neo scheduling, TitleBox Neo graphics, Ingest, and Media Gateway. The system supports 4K, HD, and SD output with a focus on playout stability.
