At NAB NY 2024, Pliant Technologies will feature its latest wireless intercom innovations, including the CRP-C12 Compact Radio Pack.
Designed for use with CrewCom and CrewCom CB2 systems, the CRP-C12 stands out for its compact size (3.5 in. x 3.5 in x 2 in., weighing under 9 oz./255 g) and support for 900MHz and 2.4GHz frequencies. Despite its smaller design, the CRP-C12 includes two assignable conferences with dual listen capabilities, function buttons, and compatibility with CrewCom and CB2 systems.
Enhanced Headsets SB11L2 SmartBoom LITE and PHS-IEHU In-ear
Pliant Technologies also showcases the upgraded SB11L2 SmartBoom LITE Headset. The SB11L2’s new features include a field-replaceable cable and redesigned swivel earcup. It provides a closed-back, on-ear design with enhanced acoustic isolation, an ambidextrous mic boom, and a noise-canceling directional microphone.
The new PHS-IEHU In-ear Headset offers right or left ear orientation and can be fitted with custom ear molds from Coda Room Audio and Sensaphonics. The headset supports various connectivity options, including 4-pin or 5-pin XLR and 6-pin female Mini XLR connections. An inline PTT button is also available for additional control.
New Accessories: Battery Adapter and Mounting Bracket
For CrewCom RT users, Pliant presents the PBT-VMNT Radio Transceiver Battery Adapter and PAC-RTM-SMU Universal RT Mounting Bracket. The battery adapter allows RT operation without AC power, offering approximately 16 hours of battery life, depending on battery capacity.
