Riedel Reveals Leadership Growth in the APAC Region

Riedel Communications has recently announced a strategic expansion in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, aiming to enhance its market engagement in 2024 and beyond.

To better cater to the growing demand, the company has restructured its APAC operations into two distinct teams: Asia and Oceania. This move is part of Riedel’s commitment to strengthen its full-service presence, particularly in Australia, and to foster closer customer relationships through more targeted sales and support services.

Leadership Promotion: Chris Johnson Takes the Helm in Oceania
Starting in October, Chris Johnson, a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years in broadcast and live events, will take over as Director Oceania. Since joining Riedel in 2016, Johnson has played a pivotal role in the region’s growth, particularly in Australia and New Zealand. “Our success in Australia and New Zealand is a testament to our dedicated team and our local approach to customer service,” Johnson commented. This local focus is especially crucial in the rapidly evolving broadcast and events industries, where close customer relationships and local technical support are key.
