Riedel Communications, a prominent player in the broadcast and AV/multimedia industry, recently announced a strategic collaboration with Croatian system integrator, Kapetanović Systems.
This partnership is set to elevate the delivery of advanced solutions in these sectors. Kapetanović Systems will leverage Riedel’s cutting-edge systems, such as the MediorNet real-time media network, both Artist wired and Bolero wireless intercom systems, and the RiMotion R8 replay system, to offer unmatched technological solutions and consulting services. This collaboration ensures smooth integration of innovative solutions for diverse broadcast or AV/multimedia requirements.
Darko Kapetanović, CEO of Kapetanović Systems, praised the partnership with Riedel Communications, highlighting the positive business relationship and the friendly, collaborative environment fostered since joining the Riedel network. He emphasized the benefits of working with Riedel, not just as a business alliance but also as a strong, friendly partnership.
The collaboration between Riedel and Kapetanović Systems has already led to successful projects in Central and Southeastern Europe. Notable among these are their joint efforts for Croatel in Zagreb, where they outfitted seven Outside Broadcasting (OB) trucks, including a UHD unit, with Riedel intercom systems. In Slovenia, they equipped MVP Production’s seven-camera HD OB van with Riedel’s Artist-1024 node, SmartPanels, and a Bolero wireless intercom system. Additionally, for RTL Croatia and POP TV Slovenia, they provided a MediorNet TDM-based network backbone for a playout center extension supporting both facilities.
Christian Eberlein, Riedel’s Senior Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Europe, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership with Kapetanović Systems. He emphasized their shared dedication to excellence and their expertise in the AV and multimedia landscape, which is expected to significantly benefit broadcasters and the AV/multimedia industry in Croatia and neighboring areas.
