FEELWORLD has recently launched two new director’s monitors, the SEETEC P133 PRO and P215 PRO, designed for broadcast studio and live production applications.
These monitors, available in 13.3” and 21.5” sizes, offer key features such as 1000 nits peak brightness, multiple input/output options, and support for 3D LUTs. The starting price is $540.
Monitor Specifications
Both the SEETEC P133 PRO and P215 PRO are equipped with an 8-bit 1920×1080 IPS panel with 1000 nits maximum brightness. The main difference between the two models lies in their screen sizes: the P133 PRO has a 13.3” display, while the P215 PRO features a 21.5” display. Additionally, the P215 PRO provides a higher contrast ratio of 1000:1 and a wider viewing angle of 178°, compared to the P133 PRO’s 800:1 contrast ratio and 170° viewing angle.
Input and Output Capabilities
The monitors come with two 3G-SDI inputs and outputs, two HDMI 2.0 inputs, and one HDMI output. They can handle FullHD signals up to 60fps via SDI and 4K60p signals via HDMI. A tally signal can be connected through a dedicated 9-pin connector, with tally lights located on the front and back of the monitors.
Both models support up to 32 custom 3D LUTs, which can be uploaded through the USB port. They also include professional monitoring tools such as waveform, vectorscope, histogram, peaking, zebra, and false color. Audio monitoring is available through built-in speakers or a 3.5mm headphone jack, with support for up to 16 audio channels via SDI and 8 channels via HDMI.
Design and Power Options
The SEETEC P133 PRO and P215 PRO feature aluminum housing and include desktop stand feet. They are also compatible with standard VESA mounts (100x100mm). The P133 PRO weighs 2.07 kg and measures 330.5x231x30.15mm, while the P215 PRO is larger and heavier at 4.16 kg and 511.5×355.5×34.8mm, respectively. Both models have a carrying handle for easy transport.
Power can be supplied using the XLR DC IN power input, a 2.1mm barrel connector, the included V-mount battery plate, or an optional Gold mount plate. Settings can be adjusted using the physical buttons on the front of the monitors.
