Design and Usability
The mount is lightweight and features a spring-loaded clamp that adjusts to accommodate SSDs with a thickness of 0.3 to 0.6 inches. It can be attached to a smartphone, camera cage, or shoe mount. The soft silicone interior protects the SSD from scratches. The clamp can be mounted on a camera or rig using the integrated shoe adapter, which can also be removed to use the MagSafe mount for smartphones. The included metal ring sticker allows for easy mounting on phones without built-in MagSafe capabilities. Constructed from aluminum and plastic, the holder also includes a USB-C cable clamp to prevent cable disconnection.
