The company’s offerings aim to improve operational efficiency, capitalize on datacasting, and help broadcasters generate new revenue streams. These NEXTGEN TV solutions are tailored to enhance viewer engagement while maintaining profitability.
New Features in GuideBuilder XM
One of the central products showcased will be Triveni Digital’s GuideBuilder XM signaling and announcements generator. The system has been updated to include a new web application that works with both ATSC 1.0 and ATSC 3.0, removing the reliance on Java technology. Additional features include DSTP over SRT output for better streaming and data transmission, improvements in statistical multiplexing, and enhanced email notifications for more effective system monitoring.
GuideBuilder XM Guest Station Edition
The company will also present the GuideBuilder XM Guest Station Edition, which provides broadcasters in an ATSC 3.0 channel sharing environment full control over their allocated ATSC 3.0 bandwidth. This solution enables guest stations to independently manage video quality, digital rights management, and revenue-generating services such as datacasting.
Station Manager for Simplified Operations
Triveni Digital will feature its Station Manager, a tool designed to streamline the management and delivery of NEXTGEN TV and ATSC 1.0 services. The system offers a single interface for the configuration, control, and monitoring of both ATSC 3.0 and ATSC 1.0 broadcast chains.
ATSC 3.0 Translator
Finally, Triveni Digital will demonstrate its ATSC 3.0 Translator. This technology allows broadcasters to efficiently repeat or translate their ATSC 3.0 signal without needing a full broadcast chain, reducing costs and energy consumption.
