Poland’s leading sports broadcaster TVP Poland has selected technology from WSC Sports to create real-time highlights of its coverage of this winter’s FIFA World Cup.
WSC Sports’ machine learning technology analyses, indexes and tags every piece of action that occurs during play. The company’s proprietary algorithms automatically creates short-form video clips and highlight reels which can be shared across the Polish broadcaster’s range of digital channels.
The company will also employ WSC Stories to automatically generate and publish World Cup match content that appears on Google OneBox when fans search for the World Cup
The partnership covers all future matches involving the Poland national team and other international fixtures, as well as all 64 matches at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
