Ulanzi Introduces New BP09 and BP10 Backpacks Designed for Photographers and Videographers

Ulanzi, a well-known Chinese accessory maker, has recently expanded its product line to include two new photography backpacks, enriching its already diverse range of products.

These backpacks, designed for photographers and content creators, emphasize space, organizational efficiency, and durability.

BP09 Backpack: Compact and Functional
The BP09, the smaller model in this new lineup, is tailored for photography enthusiasts and travelers. With dimensions of 17.3 inches in height, 6.89 inches in width, and 13.38 inches in length, this 22-liter backpack is capable of holding two cameras, approximately four lenses, and various other accessories. It may not accommodate larger professional cameras with vertical grips, but it’s not intended for that demographic. The BP09 includes multiple dividers for customizable organization, a spacious compartment for a 16-inch laptop, and additional pockets for extra storage. It also features a large clamshell opening and a quick-access opening on the right side, making it convenient for everyday use.

BP10 Backpack: Larger and More Rugged
The BP10, known as the “hardshell camera backpack,” is the larger version in Ulanzi’s new range. It starts at 25 liters and can be expanded to hold an additional 10 liters. Designed for more demanding photography trips, the BP10 can comfortably fit two camera bodies and around six lenses. This backpack measures 18.5 inches in height, 8.66 inches in width, and 12.99 inches in length before expansion. It’s built with ergonomic features like adjustable sternum straps, waist belts with pockets, S-shaped shoulder straps, and a mesh back panel for ventilation and pressure relief. This backpack is also designed for carrying heavy loads comfortably and includes weatherproof zippers, ensuring gear protection in various conditions.

Shared Features and Design Philosophy
Both backpacks, BP09 and BP10, maintain Ulanzi’s classic photo-video backpack design, incorporating practical features like a discreet AirTag slot and an anti-theft buckle. While Ulanzi didn’t aim to revolutionize backpack design with these models, they have integrated thoughtful additions to enhance functionality and security for photographers on the go.
