VITEC Unveils New Products at ISE 2024

VITEC is set to introduce a series of innovative products at the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2024 event, taking place from January 30th to February 2nd at Fira Barcelona.

The company’s stand, 5.C300, will be a hub for demonstrating their latest advancements in low latency video technologies, aimed at supporting a wide array of sectors such as corporate, broadcast, government, hospitality, and venues.

New Product Launches: VITEC EP6 and MGW Diamond-H
Key highlights of VITEC’s presentation include the debut of the VITEC EP6, an advanced IPTV endpoint, and the MGW Diamond-H 4K HDMI encoder. The EP6 is designed to deliver high-quality video and digital signage efficiently across networks. It boasts a fanless design and can output either two 4K or four HD video streams. Additionally, it is capable of rendering 4K graphics up to 2160p60 and features PoE+ functionality for straightforward network deployment.

The MGW Diamond-H, another highlight, is a compact IPTV distribution encoder powered over Ethernet. This addition to the MGW series is expected to enhance the IP video streaming experience significantly.

Celebrating Milestones and Industry Evolution
The participation of VITEC in ISE 2024 is noteworthy as it coincides with the 20th anniversary of ISE and the 35th anniversary of VITEC. Bryan Reksten, VP of Global Marketing at VITEC, expressed that the event serves as a platform to demonstrate how VITEC’s latest technologies can enhance video offerings of their partners. He also emphasized the significance of these milestones in underscoring VITEC’s dedication to advancing solutions that shape the industry.

ChannelLink: A New Software Solution
Additionally, VITEC announced the launch of a new software for its Smart IP gateway, ChannelLink. This software includes RIST for point-to-point/contribution applications, HLS support for distribution, and enhanced AES encryption performances for IPTV distribution projects. ChannelLink, known for its user-friendly interface, allows operators easy access to IP video destination channels. It facilitates low-latency distribution to various locations, including remote sites and homes, via the Internet. ChannelLink is available in different deployment models, including on-premise servers, virtual instances, and integration within the AWS Cloud through a new AMI.
